Refund Policy

At Juiced Obsessions, we are committed to delivering a premium, high-quality experience. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

 

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Programs)

All digital products are non-refundable.

Due to immediate access and the nature of downloadable content:

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted

  • All sales are final once purchase is completed

 

2. Wellness Sessions & Reset Experiences

This includes:

  • The Juiced Obsessions™ Reset Sessions

  • Webinars

  • 1:1 Coaching or Wellness Experiences

Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable

  • You may request to reschedule with at least 24–48 hours notice

  • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

 

3. Private Client / VIP Experience

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of this service:

  • All VIP payments are non-refundable

  • Once enrolled, your spot is reserved and cannot be transferred

  • No partial refunds for unused time or services

This ensures we maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the experience.

 

4. Physical Products (Apparel & Merchandise)

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used items

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper care

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or appropriate solution.

 

6. Processing Time for Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Juiced Obsessions, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Denial of future services

  • Permanent restriction from purchasing

 

8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any product or service from Juiced Obsessions, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
